An
American Atrocity - Bush "waiver" of Avants' rights dishonors nation

need not journey to the Abu Ghraib prison to find the bodies of those slain and
tortured by the Administration of George W. Bush. Ernest
Avants died at Federal Medical Center at Forth Worth, Texas, after
Bush "suspended" the Seventh Amendment to incarcerate the Sixties' anti-Communist,
who had been acquitted by a jury thirty-eight years ago in the death of a Negro.
Despite the Bill of Rights, which guarantees that "no fact tried by a jury
will ever be reexamined in any court in the United States," as well tcohe
right to a trial by one's peers dating back to the Magna Carta, Bush convened
an affirmative-action jury to convict the terminally-ill Avants, who died in custody
at age seventy-three of heart-failure, after refusing to recant, confess or apologize.

Boy Has 4 Fingers Gnawed Off By Family Dog - Fingers Found In Dog's Stomach The boy did not know he was being eaten alive as he slept because a former hit and run accident had paralyzed his arm. Pain is an involuntary sensation. Nobody likes pain, but we cannot survive without it. Imagine if laws were passed prohibiting experience of pain. Children who woke up and screamed when the family dog bit their hands would be guilty of a crime, and their parents might be held accountable for their child’s delinquent behavior. An adult who shrieks and hops around on one foot after carelessly stepping on a board supporting a rusted nail would be eligible for criminal charges. - (more... |

order to unclog your drain, it helps to know what is causing the clog. In order
to do away with homosexual marriages, it is useful to know what has caused the
predicament. The genesis was the Fourteenth Amendment, which mandated that there
be so-called equal protection, not specifying, but intending, that descendants
of African slaves be forced into society. However, the Amendment was never ratified
by three-fourths of the states, as required by the Constitution, and Oregon and
New Jersey actually rescinded their proposed adoptions. Eleven states were illegally
excluded from voting, at all. Basing their so-called equality on such a bed of
sand, integrationists eventually proposed a host of edicts to communize private
property, in order to force Negroes in, wreck free-enterprise, in the name of
affirmative-action, and destroy neighborhoods, under so-called diversity...
