Florida: 2 men held in brutal "Burger King" Deltona killings of six Pair described as `persons of interest'; 5 victims identified    DELTONA
-- Two men, one with a violent criminal history, were being questioned Saturday
in the killings of six friends whose brutalized bodies were found in a rented
home. On Saturday, sheriff's officials identified five of the victims as: Anthony
Vega, 34; Roberto "Tito"
Gonzalez, 28, of New York; Francisco
Ayo Roman, 30; Michelle Nathan,
19; and Jonathan Gleason, 18. Vega,
Roman and Nathan lived in the home where the killings took place. Gonzalez and
Gleason were living nearby, friends said, but stayed there on the night of the
slayings. Authorities have had difficulty positively identifying the sixth victim,
thought to be Erin Belanger, 22,
because the body was so badly disfigured, her father said. - (reader

Victorino, 27, of Deltona has been identified as the ring leader. Police say
he recruited three teenagers to beat the victims to death with baseball bats
inside a Deltona home. Also arrested were Robert Cannon, 18, Jerone
Hunter, 18, and Michael Silas,18.. "The instrument used was baseball
bats, aluminum baseball bats," Johnson said at a press conference. "They
did severe trauma to all of the victims. As a matter of fact, one of them was
so badly damaged that we've not been able to officially identify her." |
HIV Infected Man Accused Of Raping 15-year-old Teen  MIRAMAR,
Fla. -- A man who recently moved to South Florida from New York is accused of
repeatedly raping a teenager -- and according to police, the man knew all along
he was HIV positive. Cosme Caballero, 32, is accused of assaulting a teenage
girl several times, even though police say he knew he was HIV-positive. Police
were able to catch Caballero and also found the 15-year-old girl. She told police
that the man had assaulted her at least 11 times over an extended period of time.

Mexican alien migrant "Bicycle Groper" Perez Pleads Guilty  A
25-year-old Mexican man plead guilty to groping 11 women while riding a bicycle.
He was nicknamed the "Bicycle Groper" and today, 25-year-old Alexandro
Perez, an illegal alien from Mexico, plead guilty to groping 11 women last
summer. The attacks happened in Center City, Queen Village and South Philadelphia.
Perez admitted he rode up behind his victims on a bicycle and aggressively grabbed
them. Through an interpreter, Perez told the judge quote: "I feel

baby girl sexually assaulted by her 'Hispanic' uncle The alleged incident occurred at the two-year-old girl’s home where her uncle was apparently visiting from New Jersey. Latisha McMillan called 911: "She was hysterical and she had blood all over her. It’s unbelievable. She’s only a two-year-old girl, it’s ridiculous." mentally retarded career criminal was convicted Friday of second-degree murder
of a Jacksonville woman three years ago. Ernest Lee Glover, 32, faces life
in prison in the death of Martha Renee Jackson
in 2001. Glover, who agreed to walk her home, instead took her to a known crack
house where he often slept. There, he had sex with her, then beat her and slit
her throat. Her body was found posed. Glover then changed shoes and returned

DIEGO A prosecutor says new D-N-A tests sought by death row inmate Kevin Cooper
has failed to exonerate him of the 1983 murders of four people. Cooper was
sentenced to die in 1985 for killing Douglas
and Peggy Ryen, their 10-year-old daughter, Jessica, and family friend
11-year-old friend Christopher Hughes. Eight-year-old Joshua
Ryen had his throat slit but survived. |

Evidence Leads To Charges In 1989 Rapes  BOSTON
-- Prosecutors have charged a city man with three rapes, one of which resulted
in the wrongful conviction of a man who spent nearly 11 years in prison before
DNA evidence exonerated him. That same DNA evidence linked Lawrence Taylor,
49, to the three cases. Taylor pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated
rape. He allegedly raped the three women,
ranging in age from 19 to 44 at the time, after breaking in to their apartments.

Voelkerding was reported abducted on Friday. Saturday afternoon, she

Man Locks Teen In House, Rapes Her, Police Say 14-Year-Old Asked To Use Phone To Call Mother 
Florida - Hollywood police say a 14-year-old who asked a man if she could use
his phone to call her mother ended up being held against her will and raped. The
girl reportedly stopped at the home of 31-year-old Michael Moses and asked
if she could use the phone Monday afternoon. The 14-year-old
told police that after she had called her mother, Moses locked the
door and wouldn't let her out. She said that Moses then threw her onto a bed and

Alleged serial killer of White women set for first trial   The
existence of the serial killer was first confirmed in July 2002, after DNA linked
the death of three women in Baton Rouge. Derrick Todd Lee, 35, was arrested
10 months later in a manhunt that ended in Atlanta. He was a truck driver who
had a history of stalking and peeping tom convictions.So far, he has been charged
in the deaths of seven women. He

Judge
rules DNA admissible in serial rape case - one victim a 7-year-old girl DNA
has linked Brent D. Sharp, 23, to five
rapes in two counties. Sharp's DNA was taken while Muncie police were
investigating two sexual assaults. One of the victims was a 7-year-old
girl, and the other was 14 years
old. Sharp was arrested after the 7-year-old was raped while police
were canvassing the neighborhood she lived in, looking for suspects. When the
DNA was entered into a national database, it linked Sharp to five rapes in Delaware

migrant gets 50 years for sexually assaulting, impregnating girl, 10 Andre Stewart, 19, was convicted in March of sexual assault by a person younger than 18 on a victim less than 12. Prosecutors said Stewart abused the child repeatedly beginning when she was 8. The girl became pregnant at 10 but didn't know it until months later, when a trip to the emergency room for a bellyache ended with childbirth. Actor Anthony Anderson Faces Rape Charges Actor
Anthony Anderson was arraigned in Memphis, Tenn., on one count of aggravated
rape, following an incident on the set of his new movie. A passerby allegedly
heard screams coming from Anderson's trailer on the set of his movie and opened
the door. According to the sheriff's statements, a
naked woman ran out of the trailer, claiming Anderson and the film's
assistant director assaulted her and took pictures of her while she was nude.

Beach: Black Man accused of serial rape held without bond The Prosecutor called the defendant, Kory Devon Johnson, 23, a “serial rapist” and “the most dangerous man” during a bond hearing. Johnson also confessed to a 2003 rape that police were able to tie him to through another DNA match. That rape involved a 73-year-old woman. Johnson was out on bond when a 21-year-old Russian woman was beaten and sexually assaulted near the Oceanfront. He then threw the woman to the ground and punched her in the face numerous times before sexually assaulting her. Police described the suspect as a black man in his early 20s. Guzman entered not guilty pleas in a San Luis Obispo courtroom to six felony
charges that stem from the alleged rape and kidnapping of his ex-girlfriend. The
prosecution claims Guzman lured his ex-girlfriend to the Econo Lodge Motel with
the assistance of 26-year old Leonel Ramiro Alfaro. The alleged victim
said he had promised to return some of her personal belongings. However inside
the motel room, the woman claims Guzman raped her several times, holding her for

was DNA evidence that led sheriff's detectives to Bryant Ledell Jarman
accused of raping a 50-year-old woman
in her home. Jarman was arrested on a murder warrant stemming from a Detroit shooting.
The 50-year-old woman said she woke up when she felt something on her face
akin to a wet dog nose about 3:15 a.m. but thought she was dreaming. The woman
saw a man in her bedroom and screamed. The attacker forced the woman to perform
oral sex on him and raped her at knifepoint. |

police have dropped sexual assault charges against a man after discovering he
was in jail when the crime occurred. Police confirm that 50-year-old Patrick
Uzomba was in the Travis County Jail when a woman was raped on Hollywood Avenue
in East Austin. Sgt. Donegan said when detectives talked to Uzomba even he

Erasmo Hernandez-Maldonado arrested for sexual assault of children between the
ages of 5 and 13  Denver
police have arrested a 54-year-old man who they claim sexually assaulted children
between the ages of 5 and 13 at his home. Erasmo Hernandez-Maldonado was
in the Denver City Jail under a $75,000 bond while detectives searched for more
possible victims. Hernandez-Maldonado would ask women to clean his house and bring
their children, which he volunteered to watch. Police said he would molest the
