The State Bureau of Investigation arrested Fern Georges, 33, at the public library and charged him with four counts of cyberstalking and three counts of ethnic intimidation for allegedly sending threatening e-mail messages to WRAL staff.
The nine-year-old was allegedly lured from her bicycle to a home on Sycamore Street and raped. Within the following 48 hours, the home where the alleged crime happened was vandalized and then set on fire, presumably by nearby residents seeking vigilante justice. The suspect, who many residents reported seeing the night of the alleged crime, was identified Thursday night as Alfredo Lopez Cruz. Cruz has many aliases, including Alfredo Lopez Cruiz, Mario Martinez, Richard Martinez, Richard Mario Martinez and Armando Fernandez. 
BOISE, Idaho -- He is a grandson of Mexican immigrants who has been called a traitor to his people for building his political career on attacks against illegal immigration. Canyon County Commissioner Robert Vasquez entered the race for Congress earlier this month, and did it in characteristically provocative fashion, making the announcement at a Mexican restaurant that shares a building with the Idaho Migrant Council -- one of his more vocal opponents. "My people -- as I'm often accused of turning my back on them -- my people are American. I've got an American flag hanging in my office, not the Mexican chicken-and-worm or whatever it is," Vasquez said in a swipe at the eagle-and-snake emblem on the Mexican flag. He has billed the Mexican government $2 million for reimbursement of jail and medical treatment costs he claimed the county provided to Mexican citizens. "We're being invaded by Mexicans -- they are the enemy, as far as I'm concerned," Vasquez told The Associated Press.

While over 25 percent of the prison population is made up on illegal aliens, it means that Americans pay nearly $12 Billion dollars a year (that’s nine zero’s, folks) to jail convicted felons who didn’t have the right to be here in the first place. Tancredo says, “Many who enter the country illegally are just looking for jobs, but others are coming to kill you, and you, and me, and my children, and my grandchildren.”
