Ex-Teacher Pleads Guilty To Having Sexual Contact With Girl A man accused of fondling a 15-year-old girl at a school where he was substitute-teaching pleaded guilty Friday to sexual contact with a minor. Authorities said Isaac Grayson, 23, was found with the girl in an otherwise unoccupied classroom of Arsenal Technical High School in March. He was arrested and fired shortly afterward.

Education: outhgate Teacher Sentenced For Sex With Student Prosecutors Say Man Took Teen To Motel During School Hours A former Southgate high school teacher was sentenced Friday for having sex with a student. Joseph Lee Brickey (pictured, left), the first sergeant of the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps at Anderson High School, was sentenced to up to 40 years in prison. He was convicted last month of having five sexual encounters with a 15-year-old student in 2003.

Police Seek Middletown Rape Suspect Antwan Hall Police need your help finding a suspect they say beat up and raped a woman while robbing a Middletown bar. An arrest warrant has been issued for Antwan Hall for the January robbery and assault at Tina's Bar and Bistro. Hall is believed to be from Dayton. Franklin Middle School Teacher Charged With Rape An art teacher at Franklin's J.P. King Middle School was arrested last week and charged with rape. Clinton Smith, 49, was arrested Friday after officials say a DNA analysis of forensic evidence in the rape case came back positive. The alleged rape happened in April of last year and involved a young adult under the age of 21. Police say the alleged victim was not a juvenile. Officials say Smith only recently became a suspect. Police say they did not let School administrators know about the possibility of charges against Smith until the day he was arrested. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |
Afro-American Education: "X-rated" High School Teacher Resigns After Sex Crimes Alleged
 A Ferris High School teacher resigned after accusations of having a sexual relationship with a student. And Spokane police want to know why the Spokane Public School District waited before telling Child Protective Services. A school district investigation found Sayeed X wrote love notes to a then-sophomore student. It also uncovered an ongoing and escalating sexual relationship on school grounds. X agreed to resign in early February. State law requires the school to notify CPS within 48 hours of learning about such allegations, then CPS must report it immediately to police. - (Alex) |
Two dark intruders rape 13-year-old girl - set her hair on fire  Two men are accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl and setting her hair on fire. The 13-year-old said she was home alone, asleep, when the two men entered the home through an open door and attacked her. The men allegedly fled the home with the teen's computer. She was able to put the fire out in a bathroom.. Ronald Kinney, 18, and Andres Montgomery, 25, were charged last Friday with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree home invasion and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.

New Olreans Man Sought For Forcible Rape New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for Jeremy Jenkins, 22, wanted in connection with the Jan. 16 rape of a 25-year-old woman. The attack occurred at about 11:30 a.m. in the 600 block North Pierce Street. According to investigators, the suspect entered the victim's home and sexually assaulted her.

New Orleans Homeless Man Sought In Sexual Battery, Beating Of Tourist  New Orleans police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a tourist in the French Quarter. Frederick West, 47, whom police say is homeless, faces one count of sexual battery and one count of aggravated battery in an Oct. 2 attack on a 19-year-old woman from California. The attack occurred at 4:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Decatur Street. According to investigators, the victim was sleeping behind a business when she was awakened by West, who molested her and hit her repeatedly in the face, head and torso with a 4-foot wooden dowel. - (Tyrone N. Two will face trial in rape and grisly killing of Yeadon teen 
Accused killer Lamar Haymes was held for trial Tuesday for the grisly rape and murder of 15-year-old Deanna Wright-McIntosh. Haymes, 29, raped, murdered and then chopped up the body of the Penn Wood High School sophomore before setting it on fire. Anwaar Malik Gettys, 22, whose Linden Avenue, Lansdowne, home is where the heinous crime took place, according to court documents, waived his preliminary hearing on charges of conspiracy, abuse of a corpse, obstruction, tampering with evidence and hindering apprehension. - (The Bobster) - Girl's Body Found Burned Inside Metal Drum |

Dallas: Kaytron Banks charged in sexual assault Police have charged a 21-year-old Dallas man with the Oct. 20 aggravated sexual assault and aggravated robbery in a Founders Building lab after he confessed to police Feb. 4. Kaytron Barnard Banks was initially arrested by UTD police shortly after stealing a purse from a female student in a third-floor women's restroom in Jonsson Building. On Oct. 20, Banks allegedly robbed and sexually assaulted a female UTD student at knifepoint in a third-floor Founders lab around 9 p.m. In her report to UTD police, the victim described the assailant as a slim build, black male approximately 6 feet tall. Migrant doctors from Nigeria faces state rape sex-abuse charges, new lawsuit names him and his evil twin A Seattle attorney has filed a lawsuit against twin Nigerian-born doctors, accusing both men of sexually assaulting women in the obstetric-gynecology practice of one brother who already faces state charges. Charles Momah, the gynecologist, in September pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, indecent liberties and insurance fraud. He was freed on bail pending trial set for May 9. If convicted, he would face a maximum 23 years in prison. | Migrant Nigerian National charged with statutory rape in an incident involving a 14-year-old A 25-year-old Nigerian national has been charged with statutory rape in an incident involving a 14-year-old Culpeper girl he is accused of meeting over the Internet and then taking to a motel. Olanrewada Ojofeitimi, who now lives in Greenbelt, Md., faces charges of carnal knowledge and using a communication system to solicit carnal knowledge of a child under the age of 18. Deputies then began checking area motels and located the suspect's car at the Red Carpet Inn on U.S. 15 on the outskirts of Culpeper shortly after midnight.The man and the girl were found inside one of the rooms, Fox said. Ojofeitimi was arrested and the girl taken for a physical exam. |

Police: Black housekeeper tortured and murdered over alleged missing money  Household Chemicals, Bleach Reportedly Poured Down Woman's Throat. Police got a tip that a body was buried in an unmarked grave. When investigators began questioning people, they learned that Wenda Wright who was a housekeeper for Margaret Allen had allegedly been killed in the house and transported to some nearby woods. "Chemicals were poured into her mouth, duct tape was placed over her mouth, so this was not a fast death. So not surprisingly, Dianne Alexander's testimony helped Baton Rouge prosecutors secure back-to-back convictions against Lee. Lee received a life sentence in the murder of Geralyn DeSoto and the death penalty for the rape and murder of Charlotte Murray Pace. But, Lee will not stand trial for the attempted rape and murder of Alexander . |
Angel Juarez charged in rape of 9-year-old girl  Angel Juarez, 31, was arrested Friday and charged with sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl. Juarez was charged with five counts of rape, five counts of sodomy first degree, and one count of sexual abuse first degree, the Boone County Sheriff's Office said. Detectives were investigating Juarez on an unrelated sex charge when they uncovered the alleged abuse of the 9-year-old, the sheriff's office said. - (Citizenship status of suspect not reported.) |
Spanish-speaking Family Won't Press Charges In Statuatory Rape Case against Carlos Roberto Fuentes-Lopez  Raleigh police said Carlos Roberto Fuentes-Lopez, a member of the New Life Baptist Church's Hispanic Ministry congregation is alleged to have inappropriate sexual contact with the 14-year-old female victim. The victim, her family and the suspect are all native Spanish speakers. Neither the victim nor her family wanted to see Fuentes-Lopez in jail. They never filed charges and said they do not want to press charges against him now but "If police officers feel a crime has been committed, it's their duty to pursue those instances." Meanwhile, Hispanic church leaders are concerned about any potential negative reflection on their congregation. |
"Nanny" Demetrius Threatt gets 21 years for molesting little girls and boys again  N.C. -- A man parents trusted with their children as a babysitter is headed to prison. Demetrius Threatt went from state to state befriending families. He allegedly landed jobs as a babysitter and molesting both girls and boys. Threatt was convicted in Oklahoma for molesting a child. He later moved to Colorado where he befriended another family and babysat their children. When the family moved to North Carolina Threatt convicted them to take him with them as a nanny. Negro pleads guilty to kidnap, assault, battery and raping elderly 74-year-old woman Stanley Otis Williams, 45, pleaded guilty to raping a 74-year-old woman in her home in April of 2004. Williams entered pleas of guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree, Burglary in the First Degree, Kidnapping, Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill and Strong Arm Robbery. Former "American Idol" - "Pretty Boy" Leroy Wells behind bars again A former American Idol hopeful is in the news again, but not for his performing talents. Mobile police say he was arrested during Fat Tuesday's Mardi Gras festivities in downtown Mobile. He is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Wells was out on bond for allegedly shooting a hand gun into an occupied vehicle in December. The Alabama native wowed fans with his rendition of "Got Your Money" by O.D.B. Even though he wasn't able to watch his performance from home, sheriff’s deputies did allow Leroy and other inmates to watch American Idol from jail. Second White woman says she was drugged, groped by black "comedian" Bill Cosby - 'He Violated Me'  A California lawyer says that Bill Cosby drugged her and tried to force himself on her about 30 years ago. Tamara Green, said that Cosby disappeared into a restaurant office and returned with two gray-and-red capsules, which he gave to her then got her to her apartment, came inside and began trying to take off her clothes. "I started fighting him and he's kissing on me, peeling off my clothes," she said. "I'm starting to freak and I'm telling him, 'You're going to have to kill me.' Kyle Parker-Hall, one of four men convicted in a New Brunswick home invasion that resulted in the rape of three Rutgers University students, was sentenced to 14 years in prison yesterday for raping a 23-year-old woman. Parker-Hall's very brief apology of "I am sorry" did not impress the judge or the mothers of two of the victims who spoke at the sentencing, encouraging the judge to impose a long prison sentence. The woman who was raped by Parker-Hall described how he forced her to perform oral sex on him in front of six of her friends in the living room of the apartment which is near the Rutgers College Avenue campus.
